Document Requirements

Basic Requirements

  • Original Passport: Original passport and old passport must be submitted (In case of lost old passport, FIR copy is mandatory)
  • Form 14A: To be completely filled and signed in the application and also across the photograph fixed in the first page by the applicant (No overwriting or whitener allowed, maintain same ink for filling & signing)
  • Name Consistency: Form 14A name to be filled as per passport surname and given name
  • Photographs: 03 nos colored matt/glossy finished photographs with white background (35mm x 45mm) and 80% face coverage taken within the last three months
  • Covering Letter: Self covering letter mentioning purpose of visit, duration of stay, name, passport number, date of travel and monthly income
  • Travel Documents: Air ticket (onward & return) and hotel bookings - please submit if booked
  • Contact Information: Contact mobile number and staying address/hotel bookings for the stay in Singapore

For Employees

  • Employment proof (ID card, 3 monthly salary pay slip and bank statement with 2 years ITR copy or Form 16)

For Business/Partnership

  • Business registration certificate along with covering letter with GST number on company letterhead
  • Letter mentioning name, passport number, date of travel and purpose of travel with seal
  • Company registration copy or GST and 3 months bank statement and 2 years income tax return

For Housewives

  • Husband's professional proof and 3 months bank statement
  • Passport copy (front and back)

For Students

  • Bonafide certificate, ID card, NOC
  • School/College ID or bonafide certificate for students traveling with parents

For Farmers

  • Land details of assets and bank statement for financial proof
  • VAO certificate

For Freelancers

  • Income proof and 3 months bank statement

For Retired Persons

  • Pension book or pension order with three months bank statement
  • Source of income documentation

Additional Requirements

Marriage Certificate

  • Required if spouse name has not been endorsed in passport

For Sponsored Travel

  • Sponsor employment details and letter from sponsor must be provided

  • Confirmation letter from tour operator and company with all information
  • Applicant phone number must be provided
